CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Learn how to make delicious, Argentine style empanadas from scratch with Chef Katriel! Not only will he show you how to use his signature line of spices in this traditional preparation, he will teach you his family empanada recipe and the best techniques for crafting these handheld snacks.
We will make our own dough, filling, and practice different ways to fold and cook the empanadas. The class will mostly be a demonstration, with several different opportunities for students to assist in the preparation and practice folding and closing their own empanadas. At the end of the class, we will have plenty of empanadas to try!
