Join him on the beach as he gives you a peek into the secrets of open-flame cooking, like a true "asador" (grill master). Learn to prepare a sizzling "parrillada" (BBQ feast) by preparing and marinating chicken, working with long ribs, and grilling delicious Verduras al Rescoldo, a/k/a Grilled Vegetables. You’ll leave ready to fire up your grill and impress your friends!

Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
